Evening time supplies more of a relaxed dining atmosphere with most of our customers choosing from either the set menu or tapas menu. The other side of Core supplies an up market venue for those looking for a more livly environment opening until 2am on Friday and Saturday evening serving a fabulous selection of wines and cocktails.
